Please refer your circular no. F.NO.28034/9/2009-Estt.(A), dated 30.09.2009, regarding posting of husband and wife at same station.
The second para of this circular states that.. In the context of the need to make concerted efforts to increase representation of women in Central Government jobs, these guidelines have been reviewed to see whether the instructions could be made mandatory. It has been decided that when both spouses are in same Central Service or working in same Deptt. and if posts are available, they may mandatorily be posted at the same station.
As per the RTI act I want to know that-
1) Is this circular applicable to husband and wife working in two different Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs)?
2) If not, then is there any separate guideline for posting of husband and wife working in two different CPSEs? If yes then kindly furnish the details.

The reply received from CPIO is unbelievably very disappointing. The CPIO has served half cooked meal and tried to deviate from the real information. If CPIO is having time to give the dates of OM then he/she could have enough time to give the complete details such as OM number and date. So, you are requested to provide the complete information of all CPSE schedule A and B company with its pay structure (level, basic pay, allowances etc.) of all employees who are working on permanent basis from top to bottom i.e. from worker to CGM, director CMD etc. |

Kindly let us know the list of the companies that have implemented the third PRC , without making consecutive three -year profit |
