Policy and Planning Division (PPD) deals with formulation of guidelines relating to revival and restructuring of Sick/Loss Making CPSEs and also examines all the draft cabinet notes (DCN) received in department for Inter-Ministerial Consultation. PPD also coordinates with Department of Investments and Public Assets Management (DIPAM) for matters relating to capital restructuring assets monetization and Disinvestment of CPSEs.
